Coronavirus (COVID-19) Service at Parr’s Pro Hearing
We have made several adjustments to our typical services at Parr’s Pro Hearing in response to the coronavirus disease. From curbside service to spacing out appointments, we are taking our patient health and safety very seriously.
Curbside Service
For the health and safety of our patients during the coronavirus, we are offering curbside service by appointment for hearing aid supplies and hearing aid care. We will clean and verify your hearing aids are working properly.
Infection Control
We have always taken extra steps to keep our offices clean and disinfected. Additionally, we are following CDC guidelines and are questioning patients of any possible symptoms, proximity to others with symptoms, and recent travel.
Spacing Out Appointments
Office appointments are spaced out throughout the day to follow social distancing recommendations. We are also utilizing Telehealth technology when possible.
Physician Referrals
We continue to see physician referrals and self-referral patients with sudden hearing losses or other conditions of an urgent nature. Patients needing supplies or hearing aid care can make an appointment for Curbside Service.
